Should i just disappear frommy work?

I work in a coffee shop with meals as a cook. Im almost been here for a month with 3 of my co-workers and all of us agree to leave.

Bad boss, low critics rating and already have two bloggers try our place and they were not satisfied.

One of my co-workers i think already left and i plan to leave after i gotten my salray on july 31.

Should i just leave because i was under training and didnt sign any contract?
