Resume Critique - Office Coordinator/Manager/HR

Hi, everyone! I noticed that we are able to post resumes for critique/review- Mods, please let me know if I need to remove my post for whatever reason, and I'll take it down.

I am looking to transition out of Marketing and into office administration, management, or into HR. I'm really interested in start-ups and helping to build company cultures. I have a pretty solid background in content writing and communications, and would love to use those skills in a new role.
