Rececnt Job...Need some advice

Hi, I graduated in May 2018. Finally found a job in the insurance field in May 2019 and had been working there for about 3 months... 3 months later I found out my life is miserable since I worked in this place. I went from being happy and as bright as I can into someone that sad every day. I even cried at work last week. I think it is time for me to quit but some of my family members didn't support me since it is the first job I had since I graduated. Need some advice for my next step, I don't want to live my life miserably. Should I quit asap or quit after I find the next job? Thanks!!
