I'm being demoted but they don't know I know

I work for a very small nonprofit. I'm a director. I have one staff person under me. Here's a timeline for ease:

Dec 2017: interviewed, knew the executive director was leaving soon

Feb 2018: started, found out I was pregnant

March: told everyone I was pregnant

July: hired my staff person

August: new ED begins

Sept: I go on maternity leave, the ED and my staff are covering my position

Jan 2019: Return from maternity leave

Feb: my staff person tells me the ED supervises them now, my job is changing, and she's taking my job. I confront the ED, she says this isn't true, but all our job descriptions will change around July for the new fiscal year. She says my staff person must be confused.

March: ED says my job will move categories a bit. I'm upset I'm not a part of the decision but whatever

Cut to this week, I was looking for a document in the share drive at work in my bosses folder and I see a document named restructuring. I open it. The tldr is my staff person is getting a $15k raise, one staff person is getting a title change but no pay change, the other staff is getting a small raise... And my position is being eliminated and replaced with a job that pays $15k less.

I don't want to work here anymore so I'm looking for new jobs. But how do I handle all this now that I know? Is this discrimination? Thoughts? Help?

Edit: my staff is now being paid more than me under this new plan. Also the restructuring plan was sent to the board of directors.
