I got two job offers as a recent graduate.
Option 1: $43,000 per year. 401K up to 4%. Medical, dental, vision benefits. Major holidays and 3 weeks paid vacation. Has a open and casual work environment with a kitchen stocked with food and drinks. Working 40 hours per week with hour break(9-6).
Option 2: $52,000 per year. Medical, dental and vision benefits. 3 weeks vacation. Possibility for a relocation. Must be available to work 50 hours per week at least. Need to be available on holidays and nights if needed. Working in a warehouse, but position will definitely lead to a manager role. Currently, the $52,000 is for a leadership training program.
I don't know if the higher salary is worth the extra hours since time can't be regained. What do you think? Advice?
