How to interview?

People say that interviews are difficult to obtain, but for me it's the opposite. Maybe it's because I'm only applying to meager entry-level tech jobs? Maybe it's because I have the ability to withstand the boredom that is job hunting? I mainly get a handful of job interviews by working with staffing agencies but my problem is that I suck at the personality portion of interviews. I admit that I am awkward and do suffer from anxiety but I just need work for god's sake. This whole cycle is becoming so tiring. How can I present myself better? How can I do better?
