How do you know what’s right for you?

Sorry if this has been posted before but I’m fairly new to this sub and just asking general advice on how to find a job you love. Most jobs I’m interested in always require experience but I’m not sure how to get experience if they won’t hire me. I have a bachelor’s degree in anthropology but that doesn’t seem to matter to most employers. How did you all find your way?
