How do I respond to my boss who gives me too much work beyond expectations?

I’m already working really hard and overtime to do as much as I can, but there’s simply too much on my plate that I can’t possible finish on time. I asked him to either give me less work, or tell me which ones to prioritize more.

He said “we’re a fast moving company with high expectations. Sometimes you just have to put in the extra work to keep up. I want a yes person on my team”

The thing is most people only work 9-5, while I’ve been working 8-7 for several months. I also know I’m much more efficient than others because I know how to program, and while my colleagues barely know how to use a computer. So I’ve been assigned to 8-10 projects while my coworkers typically have only 2-3.

How do I respond to my boss’ bs and get him off my back?
