Customer Retention Salary

I've been offered a full-time position to work in customer service to retain customers. I don't have any experience in this area of customer service but the pay starts at $65k USD with potential for bonuses based on how many customers I retain. Additionally, they have medical, eye, and dental insurance along with a retirement match.

I'm wondering how competitive this compensation is.
