Need some advice regarding my job offers

Initially I had been given a job offer from a well respected company in the construction industry as sales & service co-ordinator. This was their initial offer.

$50,000, 45 hours per week Mon-Friday.
I'd be working in a cold warehouse and it's a lot of physical labour. But I was willing to take it. I did the interviews and was told they'd get back to me.

Afterwards, I got an offer for an Account Manager position for a tender company, base salary of $55K plus uncapped commission. Inside a nice warm office with great views of the mountains. Thought it was a no brainer and accepted the offer.

They sent me the contract this morning, and I got a all back from the initial construction company with a counter offer as they "really want me".

New offer of $55K, cut down the hours to 40 per week.
Plus lots of staff benefits (fuel discounts, discounts at major home supply chains cost plus 10%).
Plus a letter of job progression after a year or 2 as they really see the value in me.

I still prefer the account manager role, but I feel like the offers that the other role is offering is outweighing working for a relatively unknown company. Plus the guarantee of career progression

I'm considering speaking to the recruitment company about the account manager position to ask them politely and respectfully that I am after a possibly slight increase in base salary. I don't want to push them away though as I do prefer the role.

Any help please?
