Company hiring for my position. Replacement?

Hi,

After browsing some online job boards I noticed an Ad for my exact position at my company. I highly doubt they’re expanding my position...I’ve been working here for almost three months and my probation period is coming up which leads me to believe they’re cutting me loose. I’ve been losing motivation now at the office while knowing I’m probably getting fired/replaced even though I had good reviews from the manager.

How likely is it that they’re going to fire me? I’m in Colorado.
