Boss at my summer camp has been shaving hours off my paycheck. Fair or foul and what should I do about it?

So I’m a teacher during the year, but during the summer I work as an assistant director of a large summer day camp in NJ. Today I noticed something about my hours. When I clocked in today I casually checked my hours and saw that my total hours for the week were at 16.34. I worked an 8 hour shift today with no break (was away bowling with kids and we get paid in the case of being away from the building) and I checked my hours and it ended up being just under 24 hours. This means that about a half hour was shaved from my work the last couple days. In reality that’s only $5, but the principle pisses me off more. I love my summer job, but this is inexcusable. I clock in 5 minutes early for a shift but I come and immediately get to work and the extra 5 minutes gives me time to get situated. Other co workers have noticed this and in the past, but have been afraid to speak up. So how do you think I should handle the situation if at all?
