Been at a job for 3 months, strongly considering starting the search up again

I️’m a (relatively) recent college graduate. I’ve been at this position for three months now and it’s the opposite of what I️ was told. The management is terrible and sometimes nonexistent, very shady business history and overall lack of accountability for those that have been around for a while. Not only that but people are submitting their 2 weeks like crazy, even those that have been at the position for 3+ years. Since I️ haven’t really had a long employment history, is it worth to start the look again while I️ work here and obviously wait till I️ receive a new opportunity? My only concern is that many employers will see red flags after 3 months of work
