Just got yet another rejection after an interview, and the HR person emailed me to let me know as well as to tell me they will “keep my resume on file for future opportunities”. I’ve noticed that a lot of recruiters seem to say this, and I was wondering if this is just something they say to lessen the blow of the rejection, or if anyone has actually ended up getting an interview from this for another position.
