Any hope for finding a better job other than stacking boxes?

That's what I do for 12 hours a day 7 days a week. Salaried at minimum wage.

I don't have any other experience. I do have a useless management college degree which has never helped my job hunt.

Also there is no hope for advancement with my current company.
