I applied to a business for a CAD position, they contacted me and asked me for an interview and i’m really excited. I’m halfway through my schooling and just started doing 3D so i’m a newb at that and I have not had any job experience with CAD. What concerns me is why they would even choose me for the position when it looks like a small-medium size business and they would just be better off choosing someone more experienced than I. Am I over analyzing?
