What hourly rate would be appropriate in this situation?

I'm a personal trainer in a physical therapy clinic. My current pay structure is as follows. -$13/h floor rate- time I'm not with clients, and performing various duties. Including but not limited to: Clinic inventory management and ordering, website design, overseeing intern duties, maintaining equipment and cleanliness of the gym. -On average $30/h when I'm with clients. This is 50% of what clients pay. -I'm on track to make 50k this year, I made 44k last year, and 39k the year before.

For the last year or so I've been performing more Management tasks without an increase in compensation. After losing our administrative assistant I covered the role until hiring a new employee. This employee was trained by our office manager. I oversaw the new administrative assistant's performance and handled any issues with customers. I completed performance reviews for our administrative assistant. I trained a new trainer on our protocols and have passed on inventory duties to him. I now oversee his performance. During a 3 month period of not having an administrative assistant, I again covered those responsibilities. I trained our newest administrative assistant and am acting manger over 2 other trainers and 1 administrative assistant. I'm being offered a new title of Wellness Coordinator and will be taking the official role of handling customer issues, developing a marketing system, and managing all of our trainers- currently a total of 4 including myself, and 1 admin assistant.

My new offer is as follows, but is open to negotiation. -$14.50/h-floor rate- not training -On average $30/h when I'm with clients. This is 50% of what clients pay. -10% of the profit our gym makes. This years 10% would be $4,800. If we got an additional trainer as busy as myself this would become $9,000, but it's taken me 3 years to get to this point. This makes the hourly rate increase $2.30.

My performance review overall was phrased as, "exceeds expectations." Before having this meeting, I was thinking the best way to make sure I have the incentive to not train as much- would be to make at least the hourly rate that would equal to the 44k or 21.15/h.

My 2019 weekly training average is 22.5 hours a week- 17.5 hours per week floor rate 2018 weekly training average was 16 hours per week- 24 hours per week floor rate. 2017 weekly training average was 11 hours per week- 29 hours per week floor rate.

I know I am being paid well compared to most personal trainers, but I'm unsure of what to request in terms of compensation for the management role. I've got a master degree in my field, that includes some management curriculum and experience working a few different places prior to this.

Edit: it was stated that $19/h would be higher than administrative staff that have been there longer than I have.
