I've been out of work for 2 months and I'm starting to get desperate. One of the companies I've applied to has mixed reviews on Glassdoor, where several people mention the company has a high turnover rate. I don't necessarily want to work for them, but I'm just about out of options.
Would it be bad to bring up these reviews during the [phone] interview and ask about their turnover rate? The last thing I want to do is join a company that I'll most likely want to leave in a year from now.
