So I applied to this local job back in December. And SURPRISE! it is listed again this week. I spent 2 hours writing a thoughtful cover letter, did research, called the HR manager, everything. Never got a call... so here I am again 4 versions of my resume later , trying to be more “ thoughtful “. HELP!!
