Really interested to hear experiences of anyone who has done one, specifically UK side... Got chased relentlessly by FDM group: Luckily many had feedback on many sites & it wasn’t good at all so i passed on it.
I managed to get on 1 with the Technology section at a global bank recently, well i say that but its been a non starter so far & there have lots of misleading/change of story info when I have asked a few follow up Qs since
They had a different approach where they were looking to place you in permanent roles, that there were roles ringfenced for the program etc... now apparently no longer the case & lots of reneging on previous arrangements
A day at their London HQ a big sell by some top bods... A very impressive show/kick off but the completion of milestones afterwards has stalled.
Anyone had any experience of this new return thing, is it a fad?
And im getting a lil tired of all this talk of there being a skills shortage in the IT sector: there isnt at all, many available, perhaps a general excuse/lie to justify outsourcing to cheaper salary offshoring?
