Recently started a new job at a smallish family company doing data entry , customer service and sales ( mostly contacting people for re orders of supplies) but on slow days they have made me cold call people which is not ok ! And have even ask me to cold call churches .
at that point i just pretended to he busy so i would have to do something that fucked up
Now thats just the start , there is constant drama there , between the family and constant yelling matches and i me legit screaming “shut the fuck up! “ at each other. They also talk about how bad other employees are in-front of me and saying there waiting to fire so and so .
The cherry on-top is the owner and father of the family says the racist and very creepy things. Im a guy and even some of the sexual stuff he says makes me feel very very uncomfortable. On multiple occasions he was closing the front gate while leaving and said hey I’m gonna lock it so you don’t get raped . Then just laughed .
So im really not sure what to do , i haven’t had a job longer then a year and im 23 and was really looking forward to having this under my belt as they are ok with part time as i got to school , they have office work for me and its close to my house but it seems to be so toxic i just don’t know what to do
