Is TalentReef a legit website?

A couple days ago, I created a TalentReef account and applied for positions in Panera and Chick-Fil-A, and so I waited a few days for an email (or anything). Today, I checked the status of my applications, as shown in the My Job Applications tab, hoping they had changed from Received. The problem is, the website says, "You have not currently applied for a position." Seems a bit fishy that a website that holds my SS info all of a sudden doesn't register my job applications. Has this happened to anyone else? Any solutions?
