How to make sure my application is noticed?

I graduated early May, have been looking for a job since then. I have applied to countless positions, both in my area and beyond, and have heard practically radio silence. What can i do to make sure my application is noticed? I have tons of experience from internships and career-specific extracurriculars. If i had an interview i know i would be able to make my case, but i haven’t made it that far yet with practically any of my apps. Any tips?
