Ghosted - Need Advice

Hey guys,

Was ghosted yesterday for a phone interview and needing some advice because I don’t think this fits the regular ghosting logistics lol. Anyways, so here is the timeline:

1. Applied for the position.

2. Hiring manager looked at my LinkedIn profile.

3. Two days later I received an email regarding an initial call and whatnot and to look at the recruiter’s calendar to schedule a slot.

4. Confirmed a time and received an automated email.

5. Phone interview time comes around and was ghosted. My recruiter never called.

6. Sent the recruiter an email following up on the scheduled interview and no luck.

Any advice on what to do or just move on?
