Got offered position at a new job and only thing left is to have references do an online survey for HR and then they send an official offer letter.
I have 3 other references that I know will be fine. My last needed to be a current super. I personally think I do a pretty damn good job at work, and I think my super also thinks I'm one of the better employees, but of course I have my faults and very minor occasional miss small things here and there . But when I gave him the heads up he would be getting it, he said "You do a good job, but I'm not going to lie on these things".
=\ I'm not getting warm and fuzzies here and regret not just sending it to a friend to fake. I'm 99% certain he's not going to completely bash me, but there might be some more critical than necessary stuff written down. They wouldn't rescind an offer over something like that, right?
