Worked in non profit field since 2008. Feel like I need a chance but don’t know where to go from here.

I worked a few retail jobs in high school but through my college years (2007-2011) and ever since I graduated I have worked for The Boys and Girls Club where I’m from. I have received a few raises and promotions (currently the program director) but I feel like it’s time for a change. I don’t know if I’m burnt out or sick of being compensated poorly, but lately I just haven’t been feelings the same passion. What types of jobs would my experience help with. I feel like I’m stuck with nowhere to go. I have my Bachelors Degree and am currently making $35,000 a year.
