I applied for a food service position at Six Flags Magic Mountain about a month ago. I was later contacted to set up an interview, which I passed last Monday. Apparently it was basically just a screening, and it’s up to the “Culinary Department” or something like that to decide whether or not there is an open position. The guy that interviewed me said that I should get a call within 2 weeks, and if not then I should contact them. I am 14, which is the minimum hiring age for the job I applied for.
I was just thinking that I’ve never personally seen someone as young as me working at Magic Mountain, so they probably don’t typically hire people my age. Since then I’ve been pretty worried and I’m thinking of following up, but I’m not too sure. Does anyone have experience in this area? If so, are my fears realistic? Thanks in advance.
