I got a 2nd job recently . This new job pays 25% more than what I currently make. I am currently doing the paperwork and there’s a section to list my previous employers info which includes starting wage and ending wage... should I put the actual amount or undisclosed or leave blank?
I already got the job through connections and start Monday . there was no hiring process or other candidates.
