Two-year gap since graduation, want to job hunt again

I'll try to be terse: I'm trying to get back into job hunting again, I'll admit that I don't really know what I'm doing. I'm applying for both programming and non-programming jobs (anything to get me out of my parents' house!)

background:

  • computer science major (graduated April 2017)
  • diagnosed dysthymia (depression) and autism
  • West Michigan
  • registered with rehab services (MRS)
  • one "on job experience" between October and December 2018
  • finances at home are getting tight
  • closeted LGBTQ+

I've recently sent out five applications (and of course I'll continue). I'm gravely concerned that if I fail this time, I may require hospitalization again. I'm not really sure where to start. My question is, how am I going to explain the massive gap in employment? How should I treat job postings that list tech that I've never heard or see before? There's really not enough time to learn the tech between seeing the post and potentially hearing back. I also haven't a clue how I would go about adding more tech to my resume (example projects sure, but what exactly should I make?). I'd be more than happy to do a non-programming job, so long as I can handle it. Again, anything to get out, that won't in catastrophe!

Thanks for any advice, and I apologize if this post in not appropriate. It's not my intent and I'm really trying to conform to rules.
