Should I try to swap out my resume with a new version after passing the first-round interview with the hiring manager?
On my first resume I had listed some non-industry experiences that I no longer want to include in my resume. However, I've already passed the first round interview with the hiring manager, so is there any way (or is it advisable) that I can gracefully swap out my resume with the version without the irrelevant experiences before the next interview? My new resume is a stronger version since it replaces the irrelevant experiences with more relevant ones.
