Should I Still Follow Up an Interview if They Said They'll Contact me Back?

So I recently had a phone interview with a job, and then I went in for an in person interview. This happened this Wednesday (5/8/19) and they said they would get back to me by the end of the week. I am assuming that means by Sunday/Monday (Today, 5/12/19). I still have yet to hear back from them, it still is technically within the time frame they said they would contact me back, but I really want to land this job. Is it ok if I were to follow up by now and call them back? Would it look good if I were to call back now? This is a regular customer service job at an escape room type of place.
