A Talent Sourcer at Facebook initially reached out to me saying my profile looked interesting and they’d like to chat.
I had an initial phone screening which went well, and moved onto an interview with someone doing the role which involved preparation and a mock-pitch. After that interview, I received an email congratulating me on moving onto the on-site round and handed me off to a Facebook Recruiter to guide me through the next steps.
This Recruiter hasn’t been quite as responsive.
Tues, Apr 30 - Recruiter asked for avails
Fri, May 3 - Haven’t heard back from recruiter, sent a follow up. She responded saying they’re waiting for panel availability
Mon, May 6 - Recruiter emailed confirming May 20.
Tues, May 7 - Asked regarding more details for the 20th to prepare. No response from recruiter.
Thurs, May 9 - I haven’t heard back, asked if we can jump on a call this week or early next to get more info on the on-site. Haven’t received a response.
Confused on the lack of response and wondering if it’s normal to be confirmed for an interview and then no follow-up? I’m considering emailing my original talent sourcer at this point or directly going to the coordinator who is scheduling the 20th?
