Need to get out of current career for many reasons, including mental health. Need some advice from fellow redditors.

I'll keep it basic. Current job pays well, but it's damaging my mental health and truly hindering me from being able to feel happy and comfortable.

I need to find something in the 50k-60k range, but don't exactly know where I should be looking or what positions typically offer this. I do not have a degree unfortunately, but I have over a decade of working experience in multiple positions.

What career fields offer that type of pay range?

Where should I be looking in terms of applying?

I can't exactly say I have a specific nailed down desire off the top of my head. I typically research any position and company before applying so I'm reaching out for options. It's just getting really bad in the current company for me and I fear a mental collapse.

Not sure if it matters, but I do have a wife and kids that would be impacted as well.
