Leaving an HR career

I’ve been in HR for a couple years, it’s help me learn a lot about the inter workings of businesses and people, but I’m getting worn out.

I enjoy interacting with people, recruiting, and problem solving but hate the paperwork and being stuck inside all day when other management is out of the office often.

What other careers are a good option for individuals with HR experience who don’t really like HR?
