Job title woes - should job title be a serious consideration when moving organizations?

Hi /r/jobs. I have an interview for a job in which part of the title is "Specialist" (think: Specialist, Compliance). My current title is "Program Administrator". I'm worried that this title switch means that I'll sound more junior than I actually am.

Any thoughts about this? or if the salary and the job is right, should I not worry too much about the title?
