I just worked 10 days straight, 9+ hour days, no lunches, no breaks, had yesterday (Sunday) off and I took a sick day today because I’m so exhausted. I need to quit this job, I’m a college student working 45-50 hours a week for a shitty salary (yes, salary.) Is it a good idea to give my resignation tomorrow? How likely am I to get a reference if I do that? Or should I wait until next Monday?
