Currently I am interviewing with a company, and going for my fourth round interview. All interviews with the company are on the phone to this point, as the company is based out of another state.
1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round: phone interview with the manager, it went well and she was asking technical questions and personal. 3rd round: the third interview was with the two engineering leads with the team. It went well they were asking me technical questions, if I would be willing to take on roles (said yes of course), and it was a smooth conversation. 4th round: I was invited for the first interview in person at the office in my city. The whole team is based out of state besides 1 Engineer that is in my city and the director of the team.
Is this a good sign? I really want this job and am worried that they could be indecisive, or if this is a good sign to be brought back for a 4th round.
