Hello,
I've recently started applying for jobs, and when using Indeed I noticed that they have assessments you can take, which they claim some employers use to find good applicants. These assessments are incredibly easy for me, and I am not sure if I should continue to do more, or if they're really just a big waste of time.
For context, I'm male, in my early 20's, and have only worked as a programmer, which my hours for the job got knocked down due to the loss of a big client.
Are these indeed assessments worth taking or should I skip out on them? Especially having little experience outside of programming, I am worried that without them an employer may just skim over me.
TL;DR: Are indeed assessments worth the time to complete?
