I recently got out of school and I've been job hunting. My biggest weakness (that I believe) is interviews, either in person or over the phone. I have confidence in my abilities and know I can work hard, the problem I'm having is talking about that in a way that doesn't come across as me being overconfident or arrogant. Any tips?
