I had an initial Skype interview just now. Every time the interviewer would try to call me, it would go to my phone. But when I answered on my phone, it would continue ringing on my laptop, and the call would register as "missed". Eventually, I managed to connect but couldn't hear them, and they couldn't hear me. In the end we connected but we started the interview 10 minutes late.
