Have any of you "older" people worked FOR a Millennial-owned company?

I'm in my late 40's (OLD) and recently have been in contact and interview with some millennial owned and/or operated companies. I'm just wondering if anyone else out there who's "older" like me has worked for significantly younger people and if they've noticed any differences - good, bad, or otherwise.

I mean, there's the stigma....and then there's the truth. I've seen bits and pieces - good and bad - during the interview process. Makes me wonder if things might be loosey-goosey in a good way, TOO loosey-goosey, or if I'd want to commit suicide within 2 weeks.

I realize every situation is different....but I just wanted to throw it out there and see what your experiences have been like.
