Got a job offer and PTO doesn't go into effect until 3 months after start date, and I have a 1 week vacation coming up in August.
I just got a job offer (woohoo!) and am starting in June. The benefits package does not go into effect until 3 months after hire. I have a wedding to attend in late August which I haven't booked flights for yet but it should only be about a week or possibly less. Should I bring this up to the manager? How much will it impact the job offer, if at all?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, this is my first full time job!
