Future first choice employer A asking if they can verify employment at my previous work B that is listed on current resume but i moved to a different company C one week ago. What do I do?

This is for the background check after I got the offer letter and the question specifically states,

“Are you currently employed?”

“If currently employed, may we contact your employee to verify your employment?

I applied to company A and other companies when i was still at company B and company A interview process took a while so i did interview for other companies which one of them is company C and I got the offer letter, and i was hoping to hear back for final interview for company A but it took a while.

So i accepted the offer for C before I lose the offer just in case. Its been a week and a half here at company C.
