Will a job rescind a written offer if my background check is too complicated?

I'm so scared and worried about this, I can hardly eat or sleep in the past few days.

I got a verbal offer and they really wanted me. I signed the written offer and onboarding documents/contracts as soon as they sent them to me.

Then I had to do a background check. I made a mistake, which only lead to more frustration so here's the skinny:

1. I put the wrong year in for one of my jobs, so I had to tell them that as soon as I could. But the report was finished and it was listed as a discrepancy.

2. I explained and they said "Okay that's fine!" but putting the wrong year in caused there to be a gap where I had to verify another job. I'm still in the process of verifying that one. I called, they didn't have my W-2 on record anymore so the company trying to hire me has to call them to verify.

3. They said HireRight couldn't verify my bachelors degree. Which is correct, because I don't have mine yet and hireright even said that I was still currently enrolled. So I told them I would have my school send a transcript, which still wouldn't prove that I've met my graduation requirements.

Everything is hanging in the balance and I'm very scared. This is a dream job, everything I could've asked for including nearly double the salary I would ever want as a senior graduating college. I want this so badly, but I'm worried that they will think this is all too complicated and say "No thanks, nevermind".

I even got so fucking flaked that I took a redditors advice and offered to pay for a second background check to fix things.

So far, I haven't heard from them but I know it's Friday and they get back to me kinda late.

What are everyone's thoughts?? I know a company can rescind an offer over anything, but what are the chances? The job would start in May.

TL;DR: my background check process is frustrating (to me, at least) because I have to provide some extra information that is harder to obtain and I'm really scared and worried that they will rescind the offer/tear up the contract.
