Taking a job, then taking it back.

Long story short, I currently hate my current property but love my company. I have very comfortable benefits and seniority, I’m 26 and although it isn’t what I want to do forever I’m comfortable in it. My current property makes me miserable and I’ve applied to a lot of other positions without a call back, but recently they offered me a raise.

I got a job offer from a better property but with an outside company, the company was really aggressively in pursuing me and everyone loved me, the position pays the same I’m making but I’d have to start over with everything else I’ve worked to build on.

I took the position and put in notice however now I’m starting to have second thoughts. I love the property but leaving my benefits behind for a lower paying job makes me anxious because of the lack of security. I’m debating calling them back to rescind my acceptance while it’s still early in the process but what would be the correct way to do this? Is this a right call?
