Second interview for Network Engineer position. Help me please.

I have my second interview for a network engineer job at my local community college. The pay is a bit of a life changer for me, and I feel overwhelmed and underqualified. I still can't believe they called me in for a second interview out of 50 candidates.

The first interview was a few behavioral questions, and a few technical question from a panel of 3 engineers. Then they tested me on a simple configuration of two layer 3 switches. Like super simple, but I was nervous while doing it.

This next interview is a 1 on 1 with the director of the department and I don't know what to expect. help?
