I’ve been working this new job at Golden Corral for the past 2 months and it’s honestly the worst place I have ever worked. Managers are straight up rude to employees and don’t care about any of their needs. My coworkers are awful. They will literally try to bully and fight people. I tried to talk to the manager about it but that resolved nothing and those employees are still there. People call off whenever and don’t get fired. It’s an awful place to work at and I just can’t take another day. What I deal with is not worth the pay at all.
My only concern with quitting right now is that I don’t have another job lined up. (I do have a couple interviews lined up) Has anyone had similar experiences or anything I need to take into consideration on if I should quit or not without another job lined up?
