Physical Thank-You Cards

So, I kind of want to gauge opinion here. Would receiving a genuine thank-you card from a candidate after an interview paint this person in a positive light, all else being equal? By all else being equal, I mean that this candidate was respectable, the interview went over well, etc. Would it sway your opinion in terms of hiring this person?
