Need advice on overwhelming position in lawyers office

My sister works as a secretary in a lawyers office. She helps out paralegals (sometimes filling in for them), and a few other offices. They are throwing a lot at her and don't seem to be trying to replace the other 2 secretary who quit. She is also being asked to work directly under 2 other lawyers and help them but dosn't have the time to. She has seen her workload more than double in the last month.

Any advice for what she can do besides quit?
