Leaving teaching, was told of business or commercial insurance sales. What is the difference and is it worth the jump?

I have a good connection to a company that has both positions open in insurance sales. One being commercial and the other being business but both owned by the same branch company.

I don't actually know much about this type of work and if it would be mostly commission based or salary with bonuses based on sales/data.

Does anyone work in this sector and can comment on how this type of job works or important information I should look at from the company job posting email I received?
